This is an antique decorative serving dish with a cobalt blue and gold design.   The bowl features a cobalt blue color with intricate gold detailing and a scalloped, ornate rim. 

It is made of porcelain, possibly from a manufacturer like Royal Bavarian or R.S. Prussia, known for similar styles.  The design is likely a reproduction of an old pattern, such as the "Cradley" pattern from the 1700s with an elegant design and rich colors.

Measures:   3" high by 12" wide by 8" deep

Condition:   Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
