This is an antique Bohemian glass vase made at the turn of the 20th century, likely produced by the Harrach Glassworks. This style of vase is known for its distinctive features including an opalescent, striped body, a fluted ruffled top, applied flowers and vine rigaree (glass trails). The piece is Czech in origin and dates to the Victorian era, likely the late 1800s.

It is made of Vaseline glass, which is a type of transparent, yellow-green glassware containing uranium dioxide, giving it a distinctive glow under ultraviolet (black) light, named for its resemblance to petroleum jelly; it was popular in the late 19th/early 20th centuries, is safe for display, and is collected for its unique color and fluorescence.
