This is an antique R.S. Prussia porcelain cake plate. This specific design is known as the "Water Lily on Pond" or "Reflecting Water Lilies" pattern.  This decorative plate was handmade from porcelain in Bavaria, Germany, by the Reinhold Schlegelmilch Porcelain Factory. 

It features a scalloped edge, an icicle pattern with gold accents and a blend of colors including white and pink lilies. 

Measures:   1" high by 8.5" wide by 8.5" deep

Condition:   Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
