This is a silver-plated figural toothpick holder, featuring the figure of a cherub at the base supporting an egg shaped cup with a decorative rim and ornate base. These items were popular in the Victorian era.   

Measurement: 3.25" high x 2" wide

In excellent condition, but the the silver-plate is slightly tarnished
