This item is a vintage opalescent art glass rose bowl with an applied pink flower and clear glass vine. The bowl's main body appears to be made from "vaseline" glass, which glows under black light due to the presence of uranium oxide, a common feature of Victorian-era glass pieces from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
The main body of the bowl is a pale, yellowish opalescent glass with a diamond pattern, which appears translucent. It features a hand-applied pink glass flower and a clear glass stem/vine, a popular decorative technique during the Victorian era. It has a crimped top edge and a likely spherical body, consistent with the design of a rose bowl, which was used for holding dried rose petals or floating rose blooms.
