This is an antique RS Prussia porcelain hat pin holder.  It features a floral design with white flowers, green accents and gold trim at the base and around the rim. Its base has the RS Prussia mark.

R.S. Prussia porcelain was manufactured by Reinhold Schlegelmilch's factory in Suhl, Germany, from the late 1800s until the beginning of World War I. 

Measures:  4. 5" high by 3.5" wide by 3.5" deep

Condition:   Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs.
