This is a vintage bisque "Snow Baby" figurine playing a drum and cymbal. These figurines were popular collectibles, first created in the late 19th century.   The figurine is made of unglazed bisque porcelain, with crushed bisque applied to resemble snow.  The original "Snow Babies" were primarily manufactured by various German companies in the early 20th century, often marked "Germany". 

Measurement: 2" high

Condition: Excellent with snow on the front, sides and back of the snow baby.
